What we’re planning
This is the first year our chapter is hosting Byers Bash. We’re planning a large music festival somewhere in Indianola, and many of the details are still being worked out.
The date, the exact location, the charity, and other details will be shared here as plans come together.
Coming up
Byers Bash doesn’t have a date yet. When it does, the details will appear here and on our Events page.
In honor of Jay Byers
Byers Bash is named in honor of Jay Byers, a former president of Simpson College and an alumnus of our ATO Beta Alpha chapter.
Jay was an important mentor to members of our chapter. Since his passing, we’ve wanted to create something meaningful in his name, and Byers Bash celebrates something he loved: music.
Giving back
All money raised at Byers Bash will be donated to a charity chosen by Jay’s wife. We’ll share the charity here once it’s announced.
